退换政策 Returns & Exchanges

我们重视您的购物体验。若商品存在质量问题或与订单不符，请在规定时限内联系客服办理退换。 We value your shopping experience. If a product has a quality issue or does not match your order, please contact us within the time limit below.

可申请退换的情形 Eligible for Return or Exchange

• 商品存在质量问题（如破损、渗漏、严重变质等），经客服核实属实。Quality issues (e.g. damaged, leaking, severely degraded) verified by customer service.
• 收到的商品与订单不符（规格、品种错误）。Product received does not match the order (wrong specs or product).
• 在收货时已存在明显损坏（请保留包装及照片证据）。Visible damage at time of delivery (please keep packaging and photo evidence).

不可退换的情形 Not Eligible

• 因顾客个人原因（如不喜欢、口感 / 口味问题）要求退换。Personal reasons (e.g. changed mind, taste/texture preferences).
• 已开封使用超过合理试用量，或影响二次销售的产品。Products that have been opened and used beyond a reasonable trial amount, or that cannot be resold.
• 超过退换期限（收货后 7 天内）。Requests made after the 7-day return window.
• 促销活动、特价商品或赠品。Promotional items, clearance sale products, or free gifts.

退换流程 Process

1. 联系客服（热线 +852 1234 5678 或 WhatsApp），说明订单号和问题。
Contact customer service (hotline +852 1234 5678 or WhatsApp) with your order number and issue description.
2. 客服审核通过后，会提供退换指引及回寄地址。
After verification, customer service will provide return instructions and address.
3. 请在收到指引后 5 个工作日内将商品寄回（或由我们安排上门取件）。
Please send the product back within 5 working days (or we can arrange pickup).
4. 收到退货并核实后，7 个工作日内处理退款或换货。
After receiving and verifying the return, refund or exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

退款方式 Refund Method

• 原路退回：信用卡支付退回至原卡，FPS / PayMe 退回至原账户。Original payment method: card payments refunded to the original card; FPS/PayMe refunded to the original account.
• 退款处理时间：7 个工作日内完成。Processing time: within 7 working days.
