配送说明 Shipping

我们会尽快处理您的订单。以下说明适用于本站展示的一般情形；若结账页另有标示，以结账页为准。 We process orders as quickly as possible. The following applies to general cases on this site; check the checkout page for the most accurate information.

发货与物流 Dispatch & Delivery

• 订单付款确认后，一般在 1–3 个工作日内安排发货（预售或缺货商品除外）。After payment confirmation, orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days (except pre-order or out-of-stock items).
• 香港本地配送使用顺丰速运或其他可靠快递。Local Hong Kong delivery via SF Express or other reliable couriers.
• 订单确认后会以电邮 / WhatsApp 发送运单编号。A tracking number will be sent by email/WhatsApp after dispatch.

运费说明 Shipping Fees

• 香港订单：满 HK$300 免运费；不满 HK$300 收取 HK$30 运费。Hong Kong orders: Free shipping for orders over HK$300; HK$30 shipping fee for orders below HK$300.
• 偏远地区（离岛、南丫岛等）可能收取附加费，以结账页为准。Remote areas (outlying islands, Lamma, etc.) may incur an additional surcharge, as shown at checkout.
• 海外订单请联系客服获取报价。For overseas orders, please contact us for a quote.

配送时效 Delivery Timeframe

• 香港岛：约 1–3 个工作日Hong Kong Island: approximately 1–3 working days
• 九龙 / 新界：约 2–4 个工作日Kowloon / New Territories: approximately 2–4 working days
• 离岛及偏远地区：约 3–5 个工作日Outlying islands and remote areas: approximately 3–5 working days

签收注意事项 Delivery Notes

• 请确保配送地址和联系电话正确。Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct.
• 如需变更地址或派送时间，请提前通知客服。To change address or delivery time, please contact us in advance.
• 若派送时无人签收，快递公司会留下通知单，可联系重新安排派送。If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notice for re-arrangement.
